Roll Return Issues
Issue 1 : Unable to 'Finalise' Roll Return
Resolution : This issue has been addressed in the 911v52 update that is now available
Issue 2 : Unable to 'Upload' Roll Return to MoE
Resolution : Wait until after 1st July or manually save and upload.

If you are experiencing either / both these issues, your options include:
• Save the MoE file and upload to the Ministry via their website.
• Contact the KAMAR Helpdesk with remote assistance running so they can connect and fix up for you.
• Wait for 1 July to pass.
The roll return will generate based on 27th June date, so it is okay to run the return on a later date.
The Ministry allow schools up to the 10th August to submit your roll return file.
